VelaTrack provides monitoring information to authorised users. The tracking service does not itself include armed response, recovery dispatch or guaranteed recovery. We assess equipment, coverage and monitoring requirements before confirming an arrangement.

An alert is useful when the right authorised person knows how to act on it. Agree who receives alerts, how events are reviewed and which follow-up process applies. VelaTrack supplies monitoring information; it is not an emergency-response service or a guarantee of recovery.
Use tracking responsibly
Where tracking could relate to a person, obtain the required consent, restrict access to authorised users and define the legitimate purpose before deployment. Equipment, connectivity, available alerts and the agreed use are confirmed during assessment.
